  • Special Key Account Management for Engineering-Services (OEM in South-West Germany)

field of activity B:

  • Drafting and frequently updating VA Group account plan, incl. reporting
  • Maintaing/developing personal account network for VA Group, on top mgmt. level
  • Positioning VA as Group, to fuel lead and proposal generation (’door opener’, too)
  • Coordinating VA Group PAB, for bid decision and quote approval
  • Managing cross-BL leads and proposal across sales funnel
  • Managing technical, commercial and legal agreements process for cross-BL offers
  • Coordinating of order proofing, signing, and hand-over for cross-BL offers
  • Coordinating account administration incl. B2B purchasing portal for VA Group
  • Providing account input for VA Group/Business line strategies and product mgmt.
